본 강좌에서는 아시아 국가들(일본 대만 중국 필리핀 베트남 캄보디아 라오스 싱가포르 태국 말레이시아 및 인도네시아)의 경제를 공부하기 위하여 그들의 사회 문화 역사 인종 정치 및 교육을 전반부에 공부하며 후반부에서는 각 나라별 또는 아시아 전체에 걸친 경제이슈 9개를 공부한다 9개의 이슈는 다음과 같다 1 Shifting Power from West to East 2 아시아 금융위기의 원인 3 Different Economic Development Strategy in Singapore and Hong Kong 4 Why Was Japan Hit So Hard by the Global Financial Crisis 5 Islam Finance Sukuk 6 Chinas Inflation and Impact on Korea 7 Exchange Rate Issues a Earthquake and Appreciation of Yen b Appreciation of Chinese Yuan and Impact on Korea c Exchange Rate Policies of East Asian Countries and Their Competitiveness 8 Productivity of Vietnams Agriculture Sector
