In this class we will learn about the process generated in the Technology Management area In particular we will focus more on the strategic technology planning process than other technology management processes To this end you will choose a specific technology and investigate the trend and the direction of the technological development within a number of companies Finally you will construct your own strategy for the technology aligned with a target company you chose You can learn about real technology management taking place in the real world I promise you that you will earn more about the practical aspects of technology management in this course Welcome to the real learning world
